About Us

Northwest Pediatric Therapy was established in 2020 by a cooperative of like-minded professionals that envisioned building a collaborative team to better serve the unique needs of children and adolescents in the Inland Northwest.

Collectively, we valued creating a partnership with a focus on specialization to improve clinical outcomes, while building strong relationships with the children and families we serve.

At our clinic, we provide evaluation and therapy services for children and adolescents. Currently, our team consists of speech language pathologists and an occupational therapist.

Our Practice

Client-centered

Client-centered interventions are crucial to developing effective treatments plans. Understanding the needs of the child and family is essential to targeting areas that will make the most impact in home and community environments.

Strength-focused

Focusing on a child's strengths, talents, and interests builds connections and offers a groundwork to build competency and resilience when challenged with growth opportunities.

Evidence-based

Clinical expertise are informed by evidence-based research to develop effective and efficient interventions with respect to the clients' preferences, beliefs, and values.

Having fun!

Most importantly, therapy should be fun and engaging for a child. Therapy is more enjoyable and it increases participation and strengthens neurological connections made over the course of treatment sessions.
